Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Add Dry Ingredients and Banana: Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in mashed bananas.
- Bake: Spread batter evenly and bake for 25–35 minutes. Cool completely.
- Make Frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese. Add remaining frosting ingredients and beat until fluffy.
- Frost and Serve: Spread frosting evenly.
