  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side).
  2. Once cooked through, add chopped bell peppers and minced garlic; sauté until peppers are tender-crisp (4-5 minutes).
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir; let simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and add to the skillet.
  5. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the pasta mixture and stir well to coat evenly. Cook on low heat for an additional minute.
