A delicious and nutritious avocado toast topped with cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- ½ medium avocado
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (optional for topping)
- 2 slices sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)
Instructions
- Mash the avocado half in a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Everything Bagel seasoning. Mix to combine.
- Toast your bread of choice. Top each piece of toast with the avocado mixture and spread it evenly.
- Add the cottage cheese on top of the avocado.
- Drizzle honey, hot honey, or balsamic glaze on top of the cottage cheese. Finish it off with an extra squeeze of lemon and Everything Bagel seasoning.
