This delicious bread pudding made with day-old brioche or challah is topped with a warm praline sauce for an indulgent dessert.

- 8 cups day-old bread (brioche or challah), cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cubed bread with chopped pecans.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the bread mixture and simmer for about five minutes.
- Drizzle warm praline sauce over the baked pudding before serving.
