- Ingredients listed on cake mix box (eggs, oil, water)
- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter
- 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (160 g) sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 drops pink food coloring
Instructions
- Bake chocolate cake in a 9×13-inch pan according to package directions; cool completely.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in condensed milk and vanilla.
- Add coconut and pink food coloring; mix until evenly coated.
- Spread coconut mixture over cooled cake.
