Delicious and easy chocolate caramel rice cereal treats perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup thick caramel sauce (or melted caramel candies with a splash of cream)
- ¾ cup salted peanuts
- 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan.
- Pour caramel sauce over the cereal layer and sprinkle peanuts on top, pressing them in lightly.
- Melt the chocolate chips and spread evenly over the caramel-peanut layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate sets.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!

- For a fun twist, try adding your favorite candies to the mixture.
