Delicious and fun chocolate-covered Granny Smith apples topped with strawberries and crushed cookies.
Ingredients

- 6 medium Granny Smith apples
- 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
- 6 oz strawberry candy melts (or red candy melts)
- 1½ cups crushed shortbread cookies or vanilla wafers
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 6 wooden apple sticks
Instructions
- Wash, dry, and insert sticks into the apples.
- Dip apples in melted white chocolate; let set slightly.
- Drizzle or stripe with melted strawberry candy coating.
- Roll the bottoms in crushed cookies.
- Top with fresh strawberry slices and chill until firm.
