Description

A creamy and cheesy crab and spinach dish perfect for dipping with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Sauté the spinach in a medium skillet over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and sautéed spinach. Gently fold in crab meat.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
