- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Sauté the spinach in a medium skillet over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and sautéed spinach. Gently fold in crab meat.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
