Description

This delicious dish made with egg noodles and diced vegetables is perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Celery Stalk, Diced
  • 1 large Carrot, Diced
  • 1 medium Onion, Diced
  • 16 oz bag Egg Noodles
  • 1 (13 oz) can Loma Linda Diced Chik
  • Water
  • 34 tbsp McKay’s Chicken Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Dice celery, carrot, and onion and cook together by steaming them in a covered pot over medium heat with a little water until soft.
  2. In a large pot, cook egg noodles until tender. Drain the water.
  3. Add cooked vegetables and drained Diced Chik to the prepared noodles.
  4. Add enough water to cover the noodles and spoon in McKay’s Chicken Seasoning. Stir to combine.

Notes

  • This dish can be customized by adding other vegetables.
  • For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of cream or coconut milk.
