This delicious dish made with egg noodles and diced vegetables is perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 Celery Stalk, Diced
- 1 large Carrot, Diced
- 1 medium Onion, Diced
- 16 oz bag Egg Noodles
- 1 (13 oz) can Loma Linda Diced Chik
- Water
- 3–4 tbsp McKay’s Chicken Seasoning
Instructions
- Dice celery, carrot, and onion and cook together by steaming them in a covered pot over medium heat with a little water until soft.
- In a large pot, cook egg noodles until tender. Drain the water.
- Add cooked vegetables and drained Diced Chik to the prepared noodles.
- Add enough water to cover the noodles and spoon in McKay’s Chicken Seasoning. Stir to combine.
Notes
- This dish can be customized by adding other vegetables.
- For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of cream or coconut milk.
