Description

A refreshing pomegranate and cranberry drink perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine the water and sugar in a saucepan. Set over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
  4. For each serving, add 2 tablespoons of the simple syrup to each glass.
  5. Top with 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice and 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of the club soda, then serve.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amount in the syrup.
