Description
A refreshing pomegranate and cranberry drink perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine the water and sugar in a saucepan. Set over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- For each serving, add 2 tablespoons of the simple syrup to each glass.
- Top with 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice and 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the club soda, then serve.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amount in the syrup.
- Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds for added flavor and presentation.
