Ingredients

Instructions
- Dice the avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, and finely chop the red onion and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
