Description

A delicious and easy recipe combining crispy french fries, buffalo chicken, and gooey mozzarella cheese, drizzled with ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (28-ounce) bag frozen french fries
  • 1 (24-ounce) bag frozen boneless buffalo chicken bites
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F so the fries can get nice and crispy. Spread them out on a baking sheet evenly to avoid sogginess.
  2. Bake the fries in the oven for 20 minutes for a perfect tender pull.
  3. While fries bake, cook your frozen buffalo chicken bites according to the package instructions.
  4. Once fries are done, layer buffalo chicken bites on top of them, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese over everything.
  5. Return the fries and chicken to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Drizzle ranch dressing over the dish just before serving for an extra flavor punch.
