Description

Delicious homemade chocolate truffles infused with raspberry puree for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, pureed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add the raspberry puree and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  7. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  8. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
  9. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
