A delicious recipe for cheesy beef sliders that are perfect for parties or a cozy dinner at home.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 12 pack of slider rolls
- ½ cup dill pickles (chopped)
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter (melted)
- to taste Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper, add in the garlic cook until the beef is browned. Drain any extra fat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the water, brown sugar, beef bouillon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until combined.
- Add the sauce mixture into the beef and cook on medium-high until the liquid is evaporated, then remove from heat.
- While the meat mixture is simmering, mix the mayo and sriracha together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking sheet. Add the ground beef mixture to the sliders.
- Sprinkle on the chopped dill pickles, followed by the cheese slices.
- Spread the mayo mixture on the other half of the slider buns and place them on top of the cheese.
- Brush the melted butter on top of the buns and sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on top if desired.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. Use a serrated knife to cut them up and serve!
