Cheesy Beef Sliders

Description

A delicious recipe for cheesy beef sliders that are perfect for parties or a cozy dinner at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 12 pack of slider rolls
  • ½ cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (melted)
  • to taste Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper, add in the garlic cook until the beef is browned. Drain any extra fat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the water, brown sugar, beef bouillon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until combined.
  4. Add the sauce mixture into the beef and cook on medium-high until the liquid is evaporated, then remove from heat.
  5. While the meat mixture is simmering, mix the mayo and sriracha together in a small bowl and set aside.
  6. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking sheet. Add the ground beef mixture to the sliders.
  7. Sprinkle on the chopped dill pickles, followed by the cheese slices.
  8. Spread the mayo mixture on the other half of the slider buns and place them on top of the cheese.
  9. Brush the melted butter on top of the buns and sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning on top if desired.
  10. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Use a serrated knife to cut them up and serve!
