Cucumber Cups with Ranch Dip

Description

Refreshing cucumber cups filled with creamy ranch dip, perfect for parties or a light snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/2 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 6 Cucumbers
  • 30 Carrot Sticks
  • 30 Celery Sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix together sour cream and ranch dressing mix and set aside.
  2. Wash cucumbers and, using a peeler, make stripes on cucumbers.
  3. Cut cucumbers into 1 1/2″ slices.
  4. Use a melon baller to scoop out the center of each slice to make a cup.
  5. Fill each cucumber cup with dip and insert a carrot and a celery stick.

Notes

  • Chill the filled cucumber cups for 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
