- 14 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by peeling the garlic cloves and washing the green onions. Also, trim them off top and bottom, then cut them into inch-size pieces.
- Now add the diced tomatoes to the bowl of the food processor. Add further the garlic, green onions, and the juice of the lime. Season with cumin, chili powder, and finally salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pulse everything a few times until there are no more large pieces. Do not overprocess, you do not want to have a completely smooth paste. Serve and enjoy!
