Description
A delicious and creamy chocolate fudgesicle made with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (can substitute with honey or agave syrup)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add all fudgesicle ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and well-combined. There should be no clumps of yogurt or cocoa powder.
- Pour chocolate mixture evenly into freezer-safe popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
- If necessary, run molds under hot water to remove chocolate popsicles, then enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, feel free to add more maple syrup or sweetener of choice.
- Experiment with different add-ins like peanut butter or banana for a unique flavor.
