Description
A delicious baked cheese tortellini dish with ricotta, marinara, and mozzarella.

- 2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer half of the tortellini over the sauce, then add half of the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle half of the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- This dish can be garnished with fresh basil before serving.
- Feel free to adjust the cheese quantities according to your preference.
