- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, and fold it over.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, slice into triangles, and serve with salsa.
