Description

This maple garlic salmon recipe is a delicious and easy dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Brush or spoon the maple glaze evenly over each fillet, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and the top is slightly caramelized.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides, such as jasmine rice, roasted vegetables, or salad.
  7. Garnish with lemon juice and fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
