Description
This delicious pull-apart bread is made with biscuit dough and coated in a sweet cinnamon and sugar mixture.

- 2 cans (16 oz) biscuit dough
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
- In a zip-top bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Add biscuit pieces and shake until evenly coated.
- Place the coated dough pieces into the prepared bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour over the dough evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add chopped nuts or raisins to the biscuit mixture.
- Serve with a drizzle of icing for a sweet touch.
