Description

This delicious pull-apart bread is made with biscuit dough and coated in a sweet cinnamon and sugar mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz) biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
  3. In a zip-top bag, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Add biscuit pieces and shake until evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated dough pieces into the prepared bundt pan.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour over the dough evenly.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a plate and serve warm.
