Description

Delicious and nutritious energy bites made with wholesome ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup dried strawberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your dates are well-pitted, as they provide the base sweetness for the bites.
  2. In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and dried strawberries. Pulse until blended into a sticky mixture.
  3. Add in the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Pulse again until everything is well combined.
  4. Take a portion of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place your energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes for them to firm up.

Notes

  • Ensure dates are fresh for best flavor.
  • Almond flour can be substituted with cashew flour or ground oats.
