Delicious crêpes layered with a creamy vanilla filling and fresh strawberries, perfect for serving 8–10 people.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 2 ½ cups milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Cook thin crêpes in a lightly buttered non-stick pan (about 20–22 cm). You should get 20–25 crêpes. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until medium-stiff peaks form.
- Assemble: Place one crêpe on a plate, spread a thin layer of whipped cream, sprinkle a small amount of chopped strawberries. Repeat layers until finished.
- Chill the cake for at least 3–4 hours to set.
- Decorate with whipped cream and whole strawberries before serving.

- Make sure to chill the crêpes and the filling before assembling for the best texture.
