Description

A delicious creamy vegan sauce with a spicy kick from jalapenos.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Tbs vegan Butter
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 3 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup jalapenos
  • 1 Tbs brine
  • 3 Tbs cornstarch
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot or casserole, melt vegan butter. Add garlic and fry it for around 2 minutes.
  2. Add cornstarch, plant milk, jalapeno brine, nutritional yeast and stir until the sauce thickens.
  3. Finally mix in sliced jalapenos.

Notes

  • This sauce is perfect for nachos, tacos, or as a dip.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapenos.
